In an age where individuals are bombarded with a ceaseless stream of both valid and invalid information from various sources, the consequences on our psychological well-being are becoming increasingly apparent. The sheer volume of data, coupled with the challenge of discerning its accuracy and relevance, poses a significant threat to our mental health and cognitive processes.
Throughout this conference, we will explore the intricate ways in which information overload affects human cognition, emotions, and behaviors. From the cognitive fatigue induced by sifting through vast amounts of data to the anxiety and stress that arise from the constant barrage of information, we will examine how this overload impacts our mental states and overall well-being.

Join us as we unravel the complexities of living in an information-saturated world and seek to understand how individuals can navigate this landscape while safeguarding their mental health. Through insightful discussions, research presentations, and shared experiences, let us shed light on the challenges of information overload and explore strategies for fostering a healthy relationship with information in the digital age. Welcome to a conference dedicated to unraveling the impact of information overload on our minds and psychological well-being.
